Description
Penryn Fire Protection District is considering approval of a Memorandum of Understanding with South Placer, Placer Hills, and Foresthill Fire for shared use of the Tablet Command incident management platform. Under the agreement, Tablet Command will provide CAD-integrated incident management and mobile access, with Penryn paying $2,619.51 annually for its share of Communication Center and license costs for the 6/1/2026–5/31/2027 term. The MOU runs for one year with automatic annual renewals and caps annual cost increases at 5%.
