Luzerne County Council is being asked to approve a $918,180.37 amendment with Booth Management Consulting LLC, funded from ARPA interest, to continue administration and grant management services for 154 ARPA projects through March 31, 2027. The amendment would bring the total not‑to‑exceed contract value to $2,800,994.62, or about 2.57% of the County’s $112.9 million ARPA award.
