Project Beaver plans to establish a solar energy generation facility or a solar energy generation facility with storage in the County through the acquisition, lease, construction, and purchase of certain land, buildings, furnishings, fixtures, apparatuses, and equipment, which will result in at least approximately $65,000,000 in new investment in real and personal property in the County. Company will also get a FILOT for a term of 40 years, and having a fixed assessment ratio of 6%.
