Agreement is effective upon execution in 2026 and will automatically renew each year unless either party provides 90 days’ prior written notice of termination before the agreement’s expiration. Either party may terminate for cause on 90 days’ written notice, with the City paid for services through the termination date. Long-term funding is to be reviewed at least annually.
