Supplemental Funds Sought for Housing for Texas Heroes

AACOG plans to amend its Housing for Texas Heroes contract with the Texas Veterans Commission by accepting approximately $150,000 in supplemental funding, increasing total funding to about $500,000 through August 31, 2026. The added funds will eliminate a waiting list and support home modifications and repairs for additional low-income veteran households in the Alamo Region.
