Planned 4-year renewal term (agreement to be finalized)

Planned renewal of existing beer garden agreement for a four-year term, with added clause allowing the Village to relocate the beer garden to a comparable accessible space in the park if needed for construction. THC beverage sales are excluded for now but may be revisited later by separate Board action. Picnic table 50% replacement cost-sharing will be retained in the agreement.
