Description

The City of Jackson will use the Schedule of Reasonable Charges and related policies issued by the Office of the Open Records Counsel, Comptroller of the Treasury of Tennessee, to determine fees for copies of public records and to handle frequent and multiple requests. This aligns the City’s public records fee practices with state-level guidance and Safe Harbor provisions.
