Initial term runs from the Effective Date of July 1, 2026 through July 31, 2027. The agreement automatically renews for successive one-year terms unless either party provides at least 30 days’ written notice of intent not to renew. Pyramid may increase tuition, fees, and other costs annually on or after the one-year anniversary of the Effective Date with 60 days’ prior written notice; the District may terminate effective as of the proposed increase date by giving written notice within 30 days of receiving the increase notice. Either party may also terminate for convenience with 60 days’ written notice.
