Description

Wake County will execute a separate agreement with East Carolina University for delivery of a two-year, 36-credit Executive MPA program for county and municipal employees beginning January 2026. The Town of Morrisville participates indirectly through an Interlocal Agreement with Wake County, which pays ECU tuition and fees and invoices municipalities for their share. This arrangement provides structured graduate-level leadership training tailored to local government staff.
