Rice County has entered into a five-year cooperative agreement with Southeastern Libraries Cooperating (SELCO) and the cities of Faribault, Lonsdale, and Northfield to provide library services to all county residents, with county taxes supporting local libraries. SELCO and local libraries will deliver comprehensive library access and programs under regional and state guidelines.
