The Village of Cooperstown retained the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District, to conduct a comprehensive flood risk management planning study. Services included hydrologic and hydraulic studies, stormwater system assessments, and a geotechnical inspection of a major culvert. The contract was conducted under the federally authorized Planning Assistance to States program and concluded with this January 2026 revised report.
