Virginia Tech’s Board of Visitors is asked to approve the acquisition of real property from Carilion Clinic or an affiliated entity to support construction of a new Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine facility in Roanoke. The purchase price will not exceed the agreed appraised value plus due diligence and closing costs, with execution delegated to the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.
