Effective upon approval by both Parties through June 30, 2027, with automatic one-year renewals from July 1 to June 30 unless terminated with 60 days’ notice

Initial term runs through 2027-06-30. Unless terminated by mutual agreement or 60 days’ written notice by either party, the agreement automatically renews each year for a July 1–June 30 term. Annual review of the agreement is contemplated to ensure it reflects current practices.
