Description

Stafford County will hold a public hearing on granting a permanent utility easement to Dominion Energy Virginia at the Aquia Wastewater Treatment Facility to support power upgrades for a new wastewater reuse treatment process. The easement will allow Dominion to own and maintain new duct banks and associated equipment on County property.
