Description

The City of Missoula is considering approval of a restated conservation easement with Five Valleys Land Trust for the 304-acre North Hills-Allied Waste property, updating and improving the original 2010 easement while preserving scenic, agricultural, and wildlife habitat values in perpetuity. The action would modernize easement terms to current standards and clarify Five Valleys’ role as co-grantee for resource conservation interests.
