Initial term of three (3) years beginning upon approval by both governing boards, with up to four (4) automatic Additional Terms of one academic year each if Appendix A is jointly executed annually

Initial three-year term automatically renews for each academic year that both parties complete and execute Appendix A, for up to four Additional Terms. If the parties cannot agree on Appendix A for a given year, the CCAP Agreement automatically terminates.
