Midlothian City Council will engage Pure Technologies U.S., Inc. for an in-service water pipeline leak detection assessment from the Tayman Water Treatment Plant to the N. 9th Street area, for a total not to exceed $95,000 including contingency. The City Manager is authorized to negotiate and execute the services agreement.
