Description

The City of Terrace Housing Committee recommended that Council adopt the "Dollars to the Door" Program Policy to participate in the Northern Development Initiative Trust Northern Housing Incentive Program, which offers up to $10,000 per unit to a maximum of $200,000 per intake for eligible multi-unit housing projects. Adoption of the policy will formalize the City's participation in this long-standing regional funding program.
