Core agreement is open‑ended and may be terminated by either party with 90 days’ written notice or by mutual written consent. Guidelines for reciprocal reporting and cooperation (Exhibit D) take effect on the date of last signature, remain in force for two years, and automatically renew for successive two‑year periods unless terminated by either party with 30 days’ advance written notice.
