City transferring Alexander Street properties to Columbus Water Works

Council will consider an intergovernmental agreement with the Board of Water Commissioners d/b/a Columbus Water Works to transfer the property at 1125 Alexander Street and beneficial use of portions of 1331 and 1315 Alexander Street. The transfer will support future administrative, environmental service, field service, and maintenance operations for the utility.
