Lyons Joins CAA Colorado Recycling Outreach Program

The Town of Lyons is executing a Notice, Acknowledgement and Agreement with Circular Action Alliance Colorado LLC that allows Boulder County to contract with CAA Colorado to deliver recycling education and outreach services in Lyons. Under this arrangement, Boulder County will receive reimbursement from CAA Colorado for services provided to Lyons residents during the service term. During that period, Lyons will not directly receive E&O reimbursement or direct CAA-funded outreach services.
