Five (5) years from the last date signed by all parties

Initial term is five years from the last date signed, unless earlier terminated with 30 days’ written notice by either party. The agreement may be renewed in writing by the parties and may be periodically or annually updated by mutual agreement. Addendum No. 1 governing data privacy expires on the same termination date as the MOU or any controlling addenda.

Agreement
