STAFFING

Three (3) years from July 7, 2026, with automatic one-year renewals unless terminated; individual candidate assignments generally 1–52 weeks

Initial term is three (3) years from the Effective Date, after which the Agreement renews automatically for successive one (1) year periods unless terminated by either party with thirty (30) days’ written notice or for cause under specified conditions. Conversion and placement fee obligations and certain indemnity, confidentiality, insurance, and limitation-of-liability provisions survive termination or expiration.

Agreement
