Board of Trustees approve entering into a contract with Mills Consulting & Contracting. Mills Consulting & Contracting will provide on-site visits to each of the HBCU Partner Institutions, assist partner institutions with the development and planning of various out-reach activities and recruitment plan of CCC students, maintain working/profession relationship with key individuals on each partner institution campus, coordinate data collection from partner HBCUs as well as prepare reports related to program goals/objectives, work with Student Success Coaches to monitor students at partner HBCUs and participate in various meetings, conferences, outreach events and meetings.
