Menifee approved a Memorandum of Understanding with the Crane Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center for participation in a night vision Electro-Optics Loan Program, with costs not to exceed $1,800. The City also authorized leasing six AN/PVS-15C night vision binoculars under the MOU.
