School year 2026-2027; renews for each additional school year unless terminated with 90 days’ written notice

Initial term is one general school year while school is in session; agreement will automatically renew for each additional school year unless written notice of termination is given by either party at least 90 days prior to the initial termination date. Agreement may also be modified by mutual written consent, or terminated by either party at any time with 60 days’ written notice, or immediately in cases of serious violations or danger to health and safety.
