August 1, 2026 – July 31, 2027, with automatic one-year renewals beginning August 1, 2027 unless non-renewal notice given by March 31 preceding the renewal year

Initial term runs August 1, 2026 through July 31, 2027. Agreement renews automatically for one-year terms commencing August 1, 2027 and year-to-year thereafter unless IU8 receives written non-renewal from the District on or before March 31 immediately preceding the renewal year. Agreement may also be terminated early by mutual written agreement of the parties.
