Baytown approved an amendment to its Texas GLO CDBG-MIT Grant #22-085-012-D240 for the East District Wastewater Treatment Plant, increasing the total project budget to $44.3 million. The City will contribute about $11.8 million in local funds to cover costs exceeding the original $32.7 million grant award.
