Description
Software License and Support Agreement between Bakersfield City School District and Canela Software, Inc. be approved. This is a renewal agreement with Canela Software, Inc. which is the cloud-based software system utilized by the School Nurses for mandated vision and hearing screenings since 2016. The term of this agreement is July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026 and automatically renews for additional one year periods unless written notice of non-renewal is given by either party at least 60 days prior to the end of the then-current term. All fees will be subject to an increase of 1% annually for changes in the cost of support, plus cost of cyber insurance.
