Myerstown Borough Council will consider allowing the Myerstown Community Library Association to coordinate and fund a ProSeal Asphalt Maintenance project for the Borough-owned library parking lot. The project would cover cleaning, crack sealing, sealcoating, blackout of an old hatched area, and restriping, with no Borough funds required.
