The Board approved GMP-F in the amount of $30.86 million with Barton Malow Builders for Phase II of Morgan State University’s New Science Center, funding construction of the building enclosure, elevators, and greenhouse. This sixth GMP brings the total construction management contract to about $74.2 million over an eight-year term.
