FIRST has entered into an agreement with an independent contractor for certified trainer services for professional development delivery. The contract compensates the contractor per session delivered, both in-person and remotely, and reimburses pre-approved expenses. The agreement is effective February 18, 2026 through June 30, 2027.

Contract Amount
$600 per day for each full day of in-person professional development as lead trainer; $1200 per remote session as lead trainer for FIRST LEGO League and FIRST Tech Challenge; $700 per remote session, each technical support role for FIRST LEGO League and FIRST Tech Challenge; $600 per remote session, each technical support role for FIRST LEGO League Explore; plus reimbursement for pre-approved out-of-pocket expenses
