Liberty Elementary District Awards Staffing Contract to Teach in the Usa Llc (June 2025)

J-1: 20%–25% of Teacher’s Annual Salary per year for Years 1–3; reduced by 5% for Years 4–5. H-1B: $5,000 per teacher for procurement, placement & support plus $2,500 per quarter for mentorship & professional development (optional).

STAFFING

Commencing June 30, 2025 and continuing for three (3) school years, ending June 30, 2028; pricing structure also contemplates Years 4–5 for J-1 teachers.

Base term runs through June 30, 2028, after which the agreement may be amended only by mutual written consent; J-1 pricing structure includes reduced rates for possible Years 4 and 5 if teachers remain. Agreement may be terminated by either party with 90 days’ written notice or immediately for uncured material breach within 15 days of notice.
