Amendment to Tower Road ROW Lease With Park District

The Village Board will consider approving a First Amendment to its Intergovernmental Lease Agreement with the Northfield Park District for use of a portion of the Tower Road right-of-way. The amendment updates notice and default provisions while maintaining the Park District’s ability to install and maintain park improvements in the leased area.
