Amendment To NOVI Interlocal Agreement With County

The City of Concord will consider amending its December 14, 2020 interlocal agreement with Cabarrus County regarding NOVI economic development incentives to clarify joint obligations to market the properties. This amendment aligns the County’s contribution with the City’s existing commitment in its agreement with NOVI.
