The Grand Rapids EDA awarded a $583,800 construction contract to TNT Construction Group for demolition of the former ISD 318 administration building and installation of sanitary sewer and water utilities serving eight new single-family lots in Crystal Lake Estates Second Addition. TNT's bid was the lowest of six and about 25 percent below the engineer’s estimate.
