Initial term one year from Effective Date, automatically renewing annually unless terminated with 60 days’ notice

Initial term is one year from Effective Date and the agreement automatically renews for successive one‑year periods on each anniversary unless either party gives at least 60 days’ prior written notice. H5P may increase prices annually up to 10% automatically on each renewal. Termination for cause is allowed for uncured or irremediable material breach or persistent breach.
