Parish Transfers Surplus Dunn Street Property to The Haven

The Terrebonne Parish Council adopted Ordinance No. 9851 authorizing a Cooperative Endeavor Agreement with The Haven, Inc. to transfer surplus immovable property on Dunn Street for use in providing domestic abuse services. The Parish President is empowered to execute all documents necessary to complete the conditional transfer and ensure ongoing service obligations are met.
