The Board approved a no-cost agreement with the County of Santa Cruz to establish referral and acceptance protocols so Santa Cruz clients can enroll in Monterey County’s licensed DUI Program through June 30, 2028. The Health Services Director may execute non-funding amendments that do not change the scope.
