Brighton City staff recommend purchasing and subscribing to PowerTime scheduling software for the Police Department for $3,566.58 in FY 2025–26 and $4,367.00 in FY 2026–27. The cloud-based system will replace manual Excel scheduling, funded through the Federal Forfeiture fund with budget amendments.
