Carpinteria Valley Water District plans to amend its June 18, 2025 Legal Services Agreement with Best, Best, and Krieger to expand the firm’s scope to cover CAPP construction contract matters and dispute resolution, retaining the existing hourly rate structure. Legal costs under the amendment will be paid from CAPP Fund Reserves.
