Agreement for N.O. Simmons soccer fields use

The City of Ingleside will consider an agreement with the Texas Coast Youth Soccer League for use of the N.O. Simmons Park soccer fields for league play and practices during the 2026-2027 seasons. The agreement also authorizes the league to operate and maintain the on-site concession stand while preserving the City’s right to schedule special events on the fields.
