The Colorado Natural Resources Trustees approved $900,000 in NRD funding to the San Juan Resource Conservation and Development Council for the Animas River Valley Bank Stabilization Project. The project will control erosion and stabilize riverbanks in La Plata County once a state contract is in place and matching funds are secured.
