Description

The City of Lynnwood is seeking council authorization to execute an interlocal agreement with the City of Mountlake Terrace, allowing emergency and maintenance-related sewer bypass from Lynnwood’s Pump Station #12. Lynnwood will pay Mountlake Terrace $5.22 per 100 cubic feet of diverted sewage plus additional reimbursable costs. The agreement is open-ended, subject to termination on 120 days’ notice by either party.
