SSJWD Adopts Amended Consultant Cost-Sharing MOA

Effective upon execution by all Parties; ongoing until superseded by future governance structure or MOA termination

Amendment No. 2 modifies the MOA’s cost allocation and allows the County to act as contracting agent for consultants, alongside prior modifications in Amendment No. 1. SSJWD’s 20.2% consultant cost share and revised contracting framework will remain in place until further MOA amendment or basin governance changes.
