All Learning Credits expire one year from date of invoice; remaining credits at expiration may be renewed by investing an amount equal or greater than the remaining customer-purchased credits, while subsidy credits are not renewable. Additional Learning Credits can be purchased within six months of the agreement and subsidized at the same percentage, excluding promotional pricing.
