Chapel Hill ISD is considering approval of a Memorandum of Understanding with Tyler Junior College to provide HB 5 College Preparatory Mathematics and English Language Arts courses, including Texas College Bridge, for the 2026–2027 school year. The partnership targets 12th grade students who have not yet met college readiness benchmarks to help them avoid remediation after graduation.
