Georgia State University has retained Ernst & Young to conduct comprehensive benchmarking of faculty and staff salaries against market data to support a multi-phase compensation competitiveness initiative. EY is analyzing all faculty positions and full-time staff roles to establish data-driven benchmarks and paygrades and is coordinating with university leadership and USG reviewers.
