Griffin-Spalding County Land Bank Authority Agenda April 27 2026

The agenda includes consideration of a new intergovernmental agreement under which the City of Griffin would provide personnel, HR, accounting, IT, and facilities services to the Land Bank Authority for agreed fees. The City has warned it will cease services outside the existing lease if the Authority does not approve some form of this agreement by July 1.
