School board amends DOT drug testing fee contract

$200 startup fee (per person) and $100 per randomized pull

Second amendment replaces the 2026 DOT Randomization Service Fee Schedule in Exhibit A of the original agreement and first amendment with a new per-person startup and per-pull fee structure; prior resolutions 26-F-96T and 26-F-125T established and first amended the contract.
